It's made in Sweden, and the handle is made of recycled plastic.
"We want to offer quality products made from good materials, and we are actively working to incorporate more recycled content. Recycling instead of discarding helps reduce waste. It also means fewer new raw materials need to be extracted," says Monica Mathisen, Product Manager.
