Clas Ohlson has today appointed Pernilla Walfridsson new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She will enter her new role on 14 November 2022 at the latest, and will then also take place in Clas Ohlson’s Group Management team.
Pernilla Walfridsson most recently come from a role as CFO of Nobina AB and has previously held the same position at Byggmax AB. In addition, she has experience from several other leading positions as well as board assignments at, among others CTEK AB and NetOnNet AB.

Pernilla Walfridsson will enter the position as CFO on 14 November 2022, at the latest. As previously announced, the current CFO Pär Christiansen is to leave Clas Ohlson on 31 July 2022 for a new assignment outside the company. During the time between Pär Christiansen has left the company and until Pernilla Walfridsson enters her new position, Mats Wern Winkvist will take on the role as acting CFO. Mats Wern Winkvist is currently Head of Business Controlling and has been employed at Clas Ohlson since 1998 and has held several leading positions within economy and finance.
