The governance of Clas Ohlson is based upon Swedish legislation, primarily the Companies Act, the listing agreement with the Nasdaq Stockholm and the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the Code). In addition, governance follows the Articles of Association, internal instructions and policies, and recommendations issued by relevant organisations. The corporate governance report has been prepared in accordance with the Code.
