Clas Ohlson’s CEO oversees the work of Group Management and takes decisions relating to operations in consultation with others in Group Management. At the financial year-end Group Management consisted of six members and meetings were held on a regular schedule, and as needed. These meetings focus primarily on strategic and operational monitoring and development, as well as on follow-up of results. In addition to the meetings, members of Group Management engage in close day-to-day cooperation
