Clas Ohlson has the best customer service in the retail industry in the survey “Brilliant Awards – Customer Experience 2021”
“Brilliant Awards – Customer Experience 2021” is an award for Swedish companies that deliver the best customer service in different industries. Clas Ohlson also won the award for best customer service in the retail industry last year.
“I’m so happy for the award and I’m so proud of our co-workers. One of the cornerstones of our strategy is to deliver outstanding customer service. I think this really shows that we are on the right track, “ says Dannis Nieuwpoort, Head of Customer Service.
Every year, our co-workers at Clas Ohlson's Contact Center at the head office in Insjön handle around 500,000 telephone calls, emails and messages on social media.
- There are many questions on our products and we’re doing our best to answer. We can link the more complicated questions to the technicians at our own repair workshops , says Dannis Niewpoort.
The survey is based on data from 135 different companies and a total of 2.5 million customer surveys conducted throughout last year. Among other things, customers have rated overall satisfaction and employee commitment.
