Clas Ohlson offers competitive salaries, in line with our remuneration policy, local ordinances and currently applicable collective agreements and labour legislation.
Salaries are based on an employee’s professional role and responsibilities, performance, level of expertise and results. The fixed salary is adjusted annually in accordance with applicable collective agreements, in relation to the employee’s personal development and the general market situation. Locally adapted benefits, such as physical wellness subsidies, personnel discounts and levelling out of salaries during parental leave, are also offered.
